At Sayma Hussain Makeovers, we understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy for booked makeup appointments.

1. Cancellation Policy

• 4 Days Before the Appointment: If you cancel at least 4 days before the booking date, you will receive a 90% refund of the total package amount.
• On the Booking Date or Less Than 4 Days Before: If you cancel on the booking date or within 4 days, you will receive an 80% refund of the total package amount.
• Advance Payment Bookings (20% Payment): If you booked by paying only 20% advance, this amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

2. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

3. Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at contact@saymahussain.com at least 4 days before the original booking date. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
